Service Description

Yearly service includes: -Inspecting furnace in the fall and the AC in the spring. -Checking motors, drains, sensors, safety, refrigerant, cleaning. -Cost $245 on first visit. Second visit is covered (except if parts are needed). -10% off of any parts needed during the year starting from first visit.
